The world has had their collective eye on the state of America’s recent financial crisis. To help us make sense of it all our Secular Philosophy blogger Massimo Pigliucci poses a logical debate on whether evolutionary theory favors government regulation or not in his piece “Wilson vs. Arnhart on Darwinism and the economy”. Check it out and while you’re at it, also read the essay series on Religion and science with some of today’s sharpest minds such as Michael Shermer, Christian de Duve and John Haught.
All is not gloom and doom, even if it is election season. Alive Mind invites you to lighten your load with a bit of sexual healing with our latest on-line community, Sex Tête. Here you will discover films and writings that explore how the sensual and erotic connect with the spirit and intellect through sex. Look for our November releases: The Workshop and Sacred Lovemaking. In the meantime spend some time with our guest blogger and filmmaker Karinna Kittles-Karsten where she has posted the very informative piece: “What is Sacred Lovemaking?”
